Working. This is not a wire rack like the others listed. It's not regulated. You get five shelves in the box, as well as sixteen interlocking very short bars. The bottom shelf barely lifts off the floor. (There's not even a mop or rag to push, let alone a broom or vacuum). It's also very very thin metal in the plating that starts to loosen when you put the bars together (because it's so thin and not a perfect shape so the paint/plating gets scraped off when you try to attach it) . .If it was $20 it would be a fair price. 10€ would be a good deal. The $42 and change I paid for it was way too much for what it is. The descriptions in the photos make it look like one of the good adjustable gratings. - it's not like this! This is a good size metal shelf. I put things on it and it holds (despite a broken clasp). It's not very well done. She is not strong. And it's unregulated. If you find it cheap take it, if not I wouldn't recommend it for the price.
