Great support and good sleep!
Wow. I ordered this pillow because I didn't sleep well on different pillows. I've tried gel, cooling foam, hard, soft, blah blah. Nothing really worked. Then I got this one. I'm dyslexic and had trouble putting the cover on because the pillow is oddly shaped. But in the end I made it. It's smaller than a standard pillow. But it fits your head perfectly in the middle bowl. I sleep on my side or on my back. This pillow is suitable for both. Thanks to this pillow I sleep very well!
