The cardboard insert fell out of the box when my husband opened it. Here's what we have. I rewound it and put it back in the holder but it's not as firm as it should be so I don't think it will last very long. I'm not sure I'd want another one in this style, it will do exactly the same thing. It is in the manufacturer's packaging. If it doesn't say open this page, you don't know how it's gonna come out like the mess we had. The cat is happy, but she didn't pay $27 for it.
