I’ve been a small crossbody purse wearer for years. My last name-brand one was wearing out so I picked up this one. It’s nice — good interior space and great outside compartments. The big main zipper is a little difficult to close once unzipped all the way, but I usually just leave it open because I don’t stuff it full — it stays closed for the most part. I removed the tassel thing, too. Overall happy with my purchase, just wish the zipper was a little more cooperative. Can’t really complain at this price point, though!
