Great garland for birthday decoration!
Perfect for my daughter's birthday! There were no instructions so I referred to the Revain list showing how to assemble. We have a small cheap air pump that I used to inflate all the balloons (I would have given up without it) and it took about 20 minutes to assemble the garland and then another 10 minutes. The set includes a plastic ribbon with many holes through which you can thread the tied part of the balloon to form a garland. We used packing tape to attach the garland to our robe. Definitely recommend!
