In my rating it is small.
I bought my kid a size 13, he usually wears a size 12 so I figured a size 13 would last 1-2 years. Unfortunately I had to send it back because this size 13 was too small. Although they fit his foot, they were uncomfortable and wouldn't last all summer. Tip: take one size larger. Unfortunately, size 13 was the last for us, so we couldn't take a larger size.
