Great item! I have very curly hair, not sure about the amount but probably in the 3B/3C range and this is a great deep conditioner for those days when I plan to straighten my hair and give it a straight look . Here is my complete routine: - Pre-wash: Hot oil treatment (I use olive or coconut oil plus Sesa oil specifically for the scalp) OR Protein treatment OR Olaplex treatment - Wash and condition with Treseme Keratin Smooth - Deep condition with Novex Keratin Conditioner Then II Put some coconut oil in the clean hair, dry with a hair dryer and a flat iron by the chasing method.
