Goodbye, you're not who you used to be

Update 3.3.21 Stay away from this company! Your customer service is a joke. They keep telling me to try other chargers, I use the manufacturer's charger! The only way to honor their warranty is to buy a package and ship the cables to them. So do I have to spend money to keep them supporting their product? Ignore fake reviews and buy half price cables that hold the same amount. This last cable I bought is already failing and it's only been 2 months. Fool me once, shame on you, well, Anker has cheated on me three times already, shame on you. Even their fast chargers are useless now, and the whistling of coils can be heard across the room. The mono price is about $3 for a cable of the same quality. I have purchased several pairs of Powerline+ USB-C to USB 3.0 cables and these are by far the best cables I have ever purchased. However, they are still subject to the same problems as other cables, it just takes longer to identify problems. They usually last me about a year before just charging sometimes quickly and sometimes not charging at all. Dealing with their customer service is fine, they're friendly and will (hopefully) honor their warranty, but they'll make you jump through hoops and send them your cables before replacing them. I see these other reviews about how active and great they are at it, that wasn't my experience. My last pair of these sneakers stopped working so while encountering customer service issues I bought a new pair and I'm glad I did because who knows when and if they decide to stock a pair replace the one that no longer works, which i bought just 9 months ago. Time will tell I think.
