Review on Luxbird Resistant Protection Anti Slip Silicone by Derrick Lowell

I come from the catering trade and learned how to use a knife safely. It's been 20 years and I don't cook much meat on a RecTec smoker. And I cut a lot! And I have very sharp Wüsthof knives. I recently severely cut a thigh and ruined the meat I was working with. After searching I found these gloves and I'm glad I found them! They work very well! I tested them by sticking a pepper in one of my fingers and slicing it off with my sharpest knife. Not even a nickname. The glove offered perfect protection from him. They are also very flexible, making them easy to handle with food. Finally, the small rubber tabs are great for grabbing plates and bowls while cooking. I wash them the same way I wash my hands. It is important to note that they do not protect against heat. At one point I put on a cotton glove and a latex glove underneath the Luxbird glove. This gave me protection while holding the hot flesh. I have no problem and give these gloves 5 stars!
