I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as all of its features! It's very user friendly; there are no complicated steps or anything that makes you feel overwhelmed when setting everything out yourself (like with other platforms).

The customer support could be better though - they're not always available 24/7 but can sometimes help after hours if needed which helps immensely during busy times in our business. We've been able solve some issues we were having using their platform since switching over from another provider who had terrible service at best so far- much more reliable than what we used before!!
