The product arrived in what appeared to be a pre-opened box with the security seal missing. There was some glue left on the box indicating the seal had been removed. However the product was complete and appeared genuine but somewhat sketchy knowing it wasn't fully sealed and not sure how 'new' it was. The seller was very disappointed, but the product itself is excellent at first glance.
