Make no mistake with these outlets. The quality is excellent, installation is very easy (anyone can do it if you watch a few help videos and practice safe!), and I love how firmly it sticks to the pins when I plug something in. I've installed over 25 with it, I've never had a problem. The burglary resistance is REALLY good. If you have children who you are afraid of shocking, this will surely put your mind at ease. Problems can also arise when connecting the plug for the first time, it has a short break-in period. If you're having trouble connecting something, just remember to wiggle the cable from side to side and that should help. Overall great value for money, highly recommended! Thank you Leviton!
