The battery is easy to set up and charge

I bought this pen to use with my iPad. I had a problem with the first pencil I ordered. It will not charge. I contacted the company to let them know that I have a pencil that doesn't charge at all. The company got back to me straight away and after describing my problem, immediately sent me a new pen. I really like the pen, it works great. The customer service is fantastic and I would buy from them again.
