I bought this chair for obvious reasons, at first it worked well, you have to get used to the comfort of the new chair. However, it has become the new normal. I've been using this chair for about 2 months and a month after closing the return window the rear frame welds had loosened to the point of complete rupture. To be honest, I don't even recline in my chair since I only use it to work, so I always sit up straight. It's priced at £350 and I'm only £250 so I'm not sure how this could happen but I definitely want a replacement or full refund ASAP. You have saved my account, contact me as soon as possible.
