The instructions weren't that good and you have to assemble the part of the bracket that attaches to the wall. But it's excellent value for money and does a great job of securely holding our 55-inch LED TV. I don't use it but the tilt is nice and it fits the wall very snugly. Use common sense with the hardware as the instructions aren't very helpful. I had to use the supplied spacer with the screws that go into the back of the TV as the screws were too long without them.
