I like it! I had severe pain in my ankle - I was limping and really struggling all day. i needed support This ankle brace gave me the structure and comfort I needed. I've used it both barefoot (itchy) and over socks (much better). I wore it for several days and it gave my ankles, ligaments and muscles a chance to heal.
