The product seems good and durable, but they sent 2 left handles. I called them, they asked for my email and then emailed me asking me to submit a photo of what I received. Sent a photo of the box and the extra left hand grip with the screws attached so you can see it was made for the driver's side. They emailed back asking for a photo of the side by side so I got off the driver's side and emailed them the picture. It might be easier to just send everything back and get a refund. So far not very impressed with customer service. They don't know their product well enough to know it's made for divers. I'll see what happens next and then update the review. Update: Xprite support came and sent the correct grip for the passenger side. Installs in minutes. The handles are a significant improvement over the grab bars when entering the cabin, especially in situations where the angle of inclination is not adjusted. So far I'm very happy with the product and customer service, will update if things get bad.
