I bought this vanity mirror about two years ago. I looked at the reviews before buying and found that there is a problem with the switch breaking over time. I ordered smart plugs so I can just say "turn on vanity mirror" and feel like the switch won't wear out. Before Christmas my makeup mirror stopped working. I ordered replacement lamps from Zadrow. It took six weeks for these onions to arrive. When I replaced the light bulb, the mirror still didn't work. I called support to troubleshoot. The problem wasn't the bulb, not the switch and they said the problem must be the plug and the electricity. They offered to send it back at their own expense. This mirror cost me $150. When I shipped it back to California last week, shipping was $66. That's not normal. The reason I decided to send it in for repair was because I spent so much money on it. And now, at over $150 to buy the mirror and $66 to ship it back, it turns out it wasn't 100% worth the cost. The main reason I ordered this was because the mirror surface itself was very large. NOT WORTH. DO NOT BUY!
