The first chair broke. See parts list (item G) with black plastic cap above. My hat ripped in several places. I tried emailing the manufacturer's address on the box but received no response. The so-called Rewan. Revain's reaction was amazing and they sent a new stool. Assembly was easy and only took about 20 minutes. Most people could probably do it a lot quicker. Product Description and Seating Experience: I love that it is height adjustable and the actual chair padding is thick and soft. I also like the blue color but wish the blue was more vibrant and vivid like the pictures on the webpage. Now. . . I'm 6ft tall and about 175lbs (tall skinny dude) and for some reason the seat of this stool (where your butt is) feels pretty short or flat front to back. I think the seat needs an additional 1.5 to 2 inches of depth. I'll live with that for now, but I guess I'll have to find something more appropriate.
