I used to buy very expensive mascaras and found I was allergic to most of them until I tried Neutrogena. It lays on evenly and makes the eyes pop from a very expensive mascara. Whether you're on a budget or not, I highly recommend this mascara. It also keeps lashes moist and healthy. Always remember to throw away mascara after it's been open for 6 months or more. I think that's why I have problems with my eyes. It doesn't matter if the product is expensive or cheap, if it's old, bacteria can be on it!
