Review on Wicked Cushions Upgraded Replacement Ear Pads for Bose QC15 Headphones - Superior Comfort - Compatible with QC25 / QC2 / AE2 / AE2i / AE2W - Extra Durability, Black by Ryan Gordon

They fit GREAT! And they sound GREAT!

I received the package 4 days later (ordered it for Christmas!) and it contained spare parts in a small smooth sealed bag (which can be used for adapters etc) and some more information , including a 20% discount offer on my next order - hopefully I won't be ordering again any time soon. I liked it. I read some of the previous reviews and was only put off by reports that these replacement parts don't stay in the headphones. I think you need to think of caution and careful adjustment here. The instructions give you step-by-step instructions, but common sense tells you that if you handle the earrings roughly or clumsily, you will break them. If you're not careful when trying them on, they'll fall out too. Also, don't remove the protective backing from the adhesive pad until you've checked the fit inside the earbuds (I think it varies a bit on different models) and compared the fit to the original (correct orientation, etc.). the obvious thing to do is to check that the receiver ring is firmly seated. The instructions tell you to listen for a "click" as you tuck it under the tiny ledge. The trick is to slightly move the soft earpad away from the ring (DO NOT SEPARATE! THE!) so you have a defined edge to insert, then just follow that as you go. There are 8 small clips. Just use your finger or the edge of your thumb and it's really easy to insert the ring securely. One of the things that almost stopped me from getting them was that in some reviews people said the ring popped out etc. They clearly didn't think enough about putting it UNDER the tiny clips! I did the whole procedure for both h/p in about 3 minutes! AND TONE! I forgot how good these headphones sound until I tried them. Nice! comfort? It's too early to tell, as the instructions say they will "take root" in your ears over time. I thought they were damn good straight away, so if they get even better they fit like a dream. They certainly feel solid enough and the noise-cancellation is excellent, so the sealing is superb. STILL, I can't praise Wicked enough. Much cheaper than the Bose counterpart and just as good (sorry Bose but you're overpriced). Time will tell how they fare and if anything will chip or fail. Oops! I've just finished this review and almost pulled my phone off the table - I forgot my phones were on, they were so handy!
