Not exactly as pictured
I bought this as an additional piece for a gypsy Renaissance costume and it wasn't quite what I was expecting. It is a little large and slips down on the skirt I wore but after tucking in the band it works well and looked good. Shiny and dangly, doesn't make a lot of noise. The scarf is yellow underneath the gold.
