I bought these fog lights for my 2009 Prius. They give off a bright white light that really improves nighttime visibility and makes my car more visible. I liked that they didn't heat up the area under the bumper. There is a clamp that holds the bulbs on the wire body, made by Toyota, and this clamp was a little tricky to loosen. There are some good videos on YouTube on how to do this, but that difficulty is due to Toyota's design, not the lightbulb. After the wire was clamped, the bulbs easily went into the socket of the car. I can only recommend these lamps!
