I have had my suspicions these are not genuine Florsheim shoes since they arrived. The fit is odd, they feel lower than other shoes I've had. Now, after only wearing them for about three weeks, the sole has cracked. DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. How can I contact the seller for a replacement or refund?
