Soft and supportive. Not hot.
Bought this mattress for use in a new home. Arrived quickly, unpacked and installed. I'm pushing 60. It comes in a box that feels incredibly small for a queen-size mattress. They include a great little tool for safely opening the plastic that surrounds the mattress. Once you do this, it will inflate almost immediately. I only let it inflate for about 12 hours because I had to sleep on it and it was fine. I used to have memory foam mattresses that were uncomfortably hot, but with this mattress I don't have that problem. It's soft and supportive. Very convenient. I didn't notice any smells.
