Review on 👠 Women's Classic Hazel Pump by Sam Edelman by Kyle Hong

Great pump. They fit well, the color is nice, comfortable. However, it is clear that they have been returned and renovated. The suede shows areas where an attempt was made to "wipe away" the scuffs, resulting in the suede being thinner and lighter in those areas. Have I been charged for new shoes for used shoes? Unacceptable! I ordered 2 pairs of this style in 2 different colors and received 1 new pair which made the used pair even more noticeable. I might consider keeping the navy blue pair if the fact that they have been refurbished is revealed and priced down to reflect their use, but I can't bear to be scammed and paid for that full price! So buyers beware! The shoes are fantastic but you might be better off buying direct from Sam Edelman!
