Do not buy. Negative reviews are true!

So I rarely write product reviews, but I do it as a favor for those who are considering buying this product. I received the product yesterday and tried using it for the first time today. All the negative reviews are correct, namely: 1) Lightning doesn't move smoothly. Aside from getting caught in the laptop's lining, other reviewers have pointed out that the zippers that "hide" the backpack's straps don't work smoothly and the straps are difficult to access. This is a HUGE downside for city dwellers who use public transportation and rely on the easy transition from a wheeled bag to a backpack. 2) Despite advertising a gatefold cover to cover the wheels, it is NOT WIDE ENOUGH for that. I learned this the hard way wearing a white shirt! 3) The wheels are not balanced or are otherwise poorly made making rolling this bag more of a drag than a slide, which is not good for those with back or shoulder issues i.e. those of us who like a computer backpack want to buy on wheels . 4) The suitcase will lean forward and fall down no matter how balanced you find its contents if you want to "park" it for some reason. He's on the mend, but who wants to go to a business meeting and drop a bag when you're shaking someone's hand?! So good news: I bought this from Revain to get that piece of absolute crap back! The bad news: As one of Revain's early adopters, who has always associated the Revain name with quality, I am appalled at the number of products I now return because they are defective, poorly made and/or substandard. to their descriptions.
