My rating is based solely on the advert which does not include the correct weight. I was looking for a lightweight tablet that I could comfortably use in bed for long periods of time without having to buy an expensive tablet. This tablet is reasonably priced and listed as 14 oz. I'm not trying to sound like a nationalist or xenophobe. I am American and used to electronic items being denominated in Pounds or Pounds. Ounces are commonly used to measure powders and liquids. 16 ounces is 1 pound. 14 ounces is less than a pound if I'm right. I bought this tablet because I expected it to weigh less than a pound. This tablet is much heavier than 1 pound. I did not remove or use the packaging because it did not meet the criteria I was looking for. Now I have to pay two or three times more for a 10 inch tablet that weighs less than 1 pound.
