This is a helmet. Lightweight but feels like $20 plastic. The ratchet adjustment knob on the headgear doesn't hold up too tightly compared to others I've used, you can easily loosen it by pulling on the helmet at an odd angle, and the knobs on the side are fairly tight, but the helmet holds up slide down. . The plastic retaining clip is awfully awkward to remove to change lenses, it's a bit of a friction fit where it took too much effort to put back on. It serves its purpose, but I will return it. I just don't feel the headgear issues are worth the money I paid.
