The support staff are very helpful when helping with any technical issues that arise! It's easy to set up an account for your business or client - they have many different options available depending upon what you need/want in termsof bandwidth / speed etc..
We like being able help our clients remotely too which helps keep costs down since we're not actually physically there & saving travel time as well!! There could be more features suchas email backups (i think it can do this) but i don't see why these wouldn' t already come included? I'm sure most everything will become known from experience once setup though so best just give them tryout first before purchasing anything else! Easy access via mobile app makes things easier than traditional phone lines where sometimes its difficult getting through during peak hours due weather related problems ect... I have been working with them for over 10 years now so they are very familiar to me! They do all our networking needs in house; we also use their phone system as well - it's great having everything under one roof!! There isn't anything that really stands out but if you're looking at other companies this could be an issue since most will not offer such complete solutions like BN does (networking/phone systems).
