I bought this product because I wanted/needed something that would allow me to make phone calls and listen to music/podcasts without forgetting my neighborhood as I drive for work. Bose Soundwear is the perfect product, but I didn't want to pay $300 for a unit; which led me to Polk Boom Bit. Honestly, I watched video reviews and even read articles about this product. And while I've seen amazing things, I still bought and tried them with very low expectations. Surprisingly, not only does this little clip-on speaker pack quite a bit of volume, but the sound quality is actually serviceable and slightly meaty. Being able to pin it literally anywhere was another big plus in my book. I was very happy with my purchase up until the release of the juice. Oh god help this poor thing. The company focused on creating great sound quality without even thinking about the battery life of the products. You're lucky if you get a full hour of audio. To be honest I wouldn't say it's a waste of money. I'm glad I had the experience and all, but you'd better look elsewhere if you're planning on audio that's longer than an hour. Otherwise I would say this is an amazing purchase for the money.
