I love how it allows customers to track their orders even after they are shipped. For instance, I can see the status of my customer's products in real time and see when the items were shipped. There could be more tracking options available so that the shipping process can be streamlined. The system sometimes freezes up randomly. The interface also takes some getting used to as it was not very intuitive. However, once you get used to the system, it becomes quite useful. I'm able to keep track of my customers' orders and make sure everything gets delivered in time.
