The company is ready to solve any question. My pillow insert is some kind of grit so I bought it specifically for the zipper. I like the cute pattern and the quality is pretty good too. However, one of my pillowcases was not fully sealed, there was a big hole and all my grains fell out. If you're just looking for a pillowcase for your regular pillow, this little problem isn't a problem. Luckily the other pillowcase is good so I can use it. After posting this comment I again received a brand new package with 2 beautiful pillowcases. They really care about their customers and read the comments. Big surprise and thank you.
