Review on Student Desk and Chair Set - Adjustable Height with Black Pedestal Frame by Flash Furniture by Jennifer Faiva

I bought this desk and chair set for my 10 year old to use for laptop and homework. Assembly took about an hour. It is very durable once you assemble it. This is definitely not a flimsy table. Doesn't wobble or tilt in any way. I love the fact that both the chair and table are adjustable so as my son grows I can adjust the height of the chair and/or the height of the table. The back of the chair is non-adjustable (won't recline at all) so keep in mind that only the height changes. The seat is made of hard plastic, without cushions and fabric, the backrest is fully upright. (Maybe great for posture, but not for comfort.) I doubt it will be comfortable for long hours. On the plus side, if there is a food or drink spill I think it's pretty easy to wipe up. This set is very similar to school desks. There is a niche under the desktop. It's big enough for books and notebooks, pens, etc. I think this desk is great for home schooling or apartments/dorms with limited space where you need a compact desk for homework. I originally evaluated computer desks and office chairs here at Revain and could not find anything that suited this set in terms of my needs and price range. I think it's a good deal and I'm happy with my purchase.
