This is from my daughter's point of view as she is the one using this product. :) . -> Item arrived well packaged with everything as described. The pads do what they are supposed to do. I was able to remove my light to medium coverage foundation, eyeliner and mascara with just water. It was easy and better than a makeup remover pad and a cotton swab. This made my face feel less greasy than a makeup pad would, and the pad was less abrasive than a tissue on my lashes. 4 out of 6 liners can be placed in the pouch provided for washing the liners. In general this is a good product. The only downside is its size. One pad is the size of my entire palm and I have a hard time removing makeup from my nose. This also poses a problem for storing pads as they are larger than most standard bathroom containers.
