One side of the headphones is louder than the other. Maybe they sent me a defective product, or maybe it's just a design flaw. The earphones keep the ears warm very well, but the ears hurt when worn for a long time due to the narrowness. It feels like my ears are very tight. The charging port doesn't line up properly with the hole under the leather case, which causes a lot of difficulty when trying to connect the charger.
