Sturdy because it's so thin
Bought for a 13 year old to add a sapphire pendant so had to be strong and durable. The box chain is delicate enough to create an elegant look. I'm not usually a fan of boxes or ropes, but this one works. The lobster clasp was important as it is 16 inches long, which is difficult to find with the right clasp. The shine is good but be aware that despite maintenance it will fade over time. Stamped 925 on flat piece. The jeweler had to remove it because it didn't go through the loop of the pendant. Would buy again.
- Replacing a broken chain.
- The clasp is good but the chain itself broke after 10 months of wearing; Only worn 2-3 times a week and never slept.
