Good lights, poor functionality, rubbish android app.

The build quality of the whip appears to be excellent. They are beautiful, bright, easy to apply and look great on my stroller. That being said, if you buy them expecting them to do a lot more than solid color or flashing, you'll be disappointed. The Android app (Is I can't comment because I don't have one) is absolute rubbish. It's not user-friendly at all, and functionality is sorely lacking. The music integration requires you to download music to your device and it doesn't work with streaming music like Spotify or the like. It offers a music microphone option that uses your phone's microphone to make the lights flash with the sound of the music. This only works when the buggy is off and stationary and the music volume is low enough. If you turn on music while playing or try to drive, the microphone will be drowned out by the noise, but the light will remain on. The whips also lack many of the features I've come to expect from the price, such as: B. flashing patterns or the chasing that cheaper non-Bluetooth models offer. Verdict: If you just want lights, get the $89 ones that only come with a wireless remote control. . If you want tons of Bluetooth functionality and control, spend a few bucks more for a well-known brand. If they updated the app and made it more user friendly and added more control I would give them a 5 star rating but right now I just can't. I paid extra for the app and music controls, so I expect those things to work, especially for nearly $140.
