I have been using the mouse for a couple of days, so there is no question of various kinds of double-clicks and other marriages. But there is a design issue. More precisely - to the presence of a DPI change button, located exactly under the thumb. I don’t know, maybe I still somehow didn’t use mice correctly, but I’m used to fixing the mouse with my thumb and ring finger from different sides. Moreover, during the game in some especially tense moments, "squeezing" the mouse is a common thing. And in the case of G502, I constantly press this button. I had to disable it in the application, but the feeling of unnecessary clicks has not gone away. I had a similar problem with a Logitech G600 mouse. Only in it this problem was on the opposite side. There, too, by a strange design decision, a third was added to the side of the right key, with a shift function, which I constantly pressed with my ring finger. It is not entirely clear why the DPI change button could not be moved back a little. Where the first row of side buttons starts in MOBA gaming mice. Sliding your thumb back to press is not a problem at all. But in a normal gaming situation, nothing prevents you from fixing the mouse normally in your hand.
