EXTREMELY disappointed with these head seats. I ordered two of these for my crew, opened the first one and put the batteries in. The battery cover broke off on a plastic hinge. These headphones usually only last a year or two before being destroyed by the team or lost, so I just put a piece of tape on the lid (which I didn't have to do at all, NOTHING like the working tunes from 3mTEKK). I've been using it for years). I started tuning them in and couldn't pick up any of the very common strong stations that I was able to pick up using TWO other headsets and a small AA powered radio in the same spot (I tried this after not tuning into a station). So I switched to AM and got one there. The sound was clear and louder than most others I've used, and it muffles the sound better than some. But the FM side could not be used with much success. The second pair had similar issues: the battery cover fell apart when the batteries were first installed, couldn't pick up FM stations clearly, and the silver metal wire that goes over the head (two of them go through the top of the headband), came out and now the headphones don't stay on the ears anymore. I will never buy them and send them back! Both devices shared the same battery drain issue and inability to pick up FM stations clearly. They have not been used for more than 4 hours.
