My 8 year old loves this! She wears it to virtual school every day. It's super soft and warm. The poncho itself is huge and will fit me (I'm an XL on the women's) but the hood is for kids. I tried it on and it looks completely goofy with my neck creased when the hood is pulled up which was great for a few laughs and is totally fine with me as I bought it for my daughter. If you are considering this for a child I would say buy it! It is so sweet!
