I try not to hold my phone because it hurts if I hold it for a long time. I don't feel like I'm usually sensitive to EMF as I have WiFi in my house and I'm not sensitive to it. But it's hard to write and not hold the phone. Now that I'm wearing these gloves, the pain is completely gone no matter how long I hold my phone. Regarding the remarks on the size of the gloves, I am an adult woman with thin hands but long fingers and a small size that fits me perfectly. I'm not uncomfortable using a laptop, but as I write this I'm typing on them and it's pretty simple, they don't bother me while typing. Good product!
