Update! So Azulle's support helped me by directing me to get the CMOS BIOS dough! To do this, use a plastic tool on the seam at the base of the HDMI connector. As soon as I opened it, I saw the battery and had to pull it out carefully. I was then able to unplug the cord for a minute, and when I plugged everything back in, the light eventually turned red! So switching on from there finally worked and I felt a lot of relief!โโ-It was a bit slow when it worked, but then it stopped working. It's just a solid blue light and won't turn on. Very disappointed. When I first bought it it was supposed to be a gift so I haven't used it in months. But now that I'm using it, and probably less than a year later, it's happening. As others have said, this is not a very good build. I'm sure nobody buys this because it only lasts a year.
