I am 74 years old and I have decided to cook the Lebanese cuisine I grew up with. I wanted to make baked kibbe (kibbe sanie). To do this you need to grind. I tried it the other day and it couldn't be easier. This meat grinder was capable of grinding meat with onions with ease. I was a bit apprehensive about combining this mix with bulgur, thinking it might be too harsh. It was just as easy to grind this combo. What a wonderful car at what I think is a very reasonable price. The assembly and subsequent cleaning was not difficult. I am so glad I bought this device and will use it often.
