This was exactly what I needed in my office. Files and paperwork get overlooked in my desk drawers and I struggled to keep track of what I needed to be able to get my hands on quickly. When I saw this product, I worried that it wouldn't be strong enough to hold all the material I needed. I was wrong -- it is very strong, durable and easy to install. Plus, the pockets hold papers perfectly -- just enough to see what they are without them sagging over. It comes with labels but I used file folders to label and it works great. It's also easy to switch things around that way. People like the way it looks and some of my co-workers purchased their own after they say mine. Definitely a good find.
