Review on Enhance Body Care with Exfoliating Loofah and Soap Mold Kit: Natural Sponges + Silicone Tray for Skin Cleansing and Mold Making by Javon Kulik

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good starter kit with mismatched yarn

MOLD: Silicone mold has 6 cavities, each holds about 4 ounces of soap. A pound of soap fills 4 of these cavities. Each cavity is an inch deep. The cavities all around are larger than those of the loofah. I used a clear melt and pour soap that I tinted slightly to show the washcloths. Each is 5 inches long. They come compressed and need to be soaked in water before use. I let mine dry overnight so they're easier to cut. If you want a loofah slice to fill the cavity, you'll need to cut each one into 5 slices. You can make more soap by slicing the washcloth into 3/4 inch thick slices and not filling the molds completely. I've found that the easiest way to do this is to hold them like a French loaf and slice them open with a bread knife. The top of each loofah has a beautiful braided loop for use in the soap - be careful when cutting the top piece. The yarn that comes with the kit is too thin and much darker than the loofah. He doesn't look very good. In general. : This is a good set for beginners. If they included a better quality soap cord and a few pounds of clear melt and pour soap and some instructions it would make a wonderful gift set. 💖 HELPFUL? Pros
  • ✅ EASY TO USE. These loofahs will be flattened when you receive them. Please clean with water and air dry with hanging strap. This extends the life of the product.
Cons
  • Something different
