1) Replacement pedals for this model can be found for as much as $80 per pedal! 2) Purchase 9/16 thread size for model GX2.03) Use a 15mm wrench and spare to remove. The non-left pedal has left-hand threads (to be removed clockwise). 4) The blue sealant on the threads acts as a sealant, making the pedal unlikely to unscrew during use (hard to imagine this happening). 5) The straps can be folded together, requiring one strap to be bent back. Don't worry, just bend it back to install. 6) IMPORTANT: To attach the straps to the tabs on either side of the pedal, it is best to first determine the correct size and soak the tabs in a pot of boiling water. Then soften so the tape won't come loose when bent over a faucet when cold or stiffer. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!
