The only thing I don't like is that I have to take the case off to charge my new iPhone. The charging system works well but removing my case is almost a deal killer. I tried plugging my phone into the charger before plugging it in and it somehow stuck without slipping. But then you connect the charger and the magnetic field seems to disappear along with the phone case. I don't mind removing the case, but that seems to defeat the goal of "ease of use". Because the iPhone 12 is so big, I protected it with a case. I have chargers all over the house so charging an iPhone 12 in a case isn't a problem, but I kept it next to my bed. I really wish this charger would pack an iPhone 12 in a case so I didn't have to jump through hoops when I went to bed. If I can find a charger that fits my iPhone 12 in a case I will return it and get it.
