Review on American Standard Polished Chrome 3-Function Shower Head - 2.5 GPM by Isabella Baez

The American Standard 3 Function Shower Head is a really good luxury shower head. It was very easy to install and looks great. The 5" diameter will only fit our existing spout/shower head collar. I need to understand "pressure compensated flow control" better because at 2.5 gpm I found I needed a little more pressure. I don't think they mean 3 jet options but maybe? Either way, the jet offers good coverage and is as gentle as rain compared to the harsh jet we got from our old shower head. Sometimes I can't decide what I prefer, but I find this one better for washing my hair. The brushed nickel finish is really appealing and looks good. I can only assume that this is the reason for the high price. I'd prefer that it was about twenty bucks less than its current listing, so I'm deducting a star (value for money), but again, I'm surprised at the overall value of the showerheads. American Standard makes a good product and has a good warranty, so buy with confidence. Want to upgrade your existing shower with something a little more comfortable, this will do the trick!
