These are really good glasses! They are very comfortable and do exactly what they say. They come with this little card and a light to show you the blue light with and without glasses. I have so many glasses that I decided to try these on several pairs. My regulars showed no difference in lighting. It was so bright. But when I shone it through these glasses, it was a very pale blue. DEFINITELY works! I've tried it on some very expensive blue light blocking glasses but suspect that's not really the case. I was wrong lol, that's what they looked like! Save a lot of money and buy these glasses! They have greatly reduced my phone headaches. Such a find.
